She stars in ABS-CBN's newest teleserye, Sana Maulit Muli, which topbills the love team of Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson. The actress-TV host admits that although she is happy to be working again, she is bothered by her fuller figure. "Magpapa-lipo ako talaga! Excited na 'ko!" she declares in an interview with PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal). "At hindi ako nahihiya!" Unlike other stars who would rather keep mum about their cosmetic surgery operations, Mickey doesn't see anything wrong with the procedure. "Kasi nahihirapan na talaga ako," she says candidly. "'Yong baby weight na na-gain ko while I was pregnant, natanggal ng konti. Pero sa trabaho nating ito, hindi puwedeng 'Ah puwede na 'yan!' You have to look good. Utang mo 'yon sa publiko e." She adds, "Kasi dati inisip ko exercise, pero now kung titingnan mabuti, wala akong time! Gusto ko 'yong mabilisan na. Pagpunta ko sa doktor, [tapos na]." Mickey is shooting the remaining episodes of Sana Maulit Muli thrice a week. She plans to go under the knife after the soap finishes taping.
